To achieve the optimum performance from a motorcycle being ridden at different circuits or roads in a variety of weather & temperature conditions we would advise you to continue with suspension set up at those different locations and conditions.

Suspension settings will be adjusted within the scope of adjustment available from the suspension fitted to the motorcycle.

The rider takes full responsibility for their safety whilst the motorcycle is being ridden, whilst MTS will identify, to the rider/owner, any concerns or defects with the motorcycle that are obvious to them, they will not be responsible for any fault with the motorcycle or if the rider chooses to ignore any fault identified.

MTS will adjust the suspension of the Rider’s motorcycle to suit the conditions of the circuit or road today. MTS is specifically adjusting the suspension and is not providing any warranty that the motorcycle is in a roadworthy condition. The Rider is solely responsible for ensuring the motorcycle is in a suitable condition for the road/racetrack.

MTS Suspension shall not be liable for any consequential loss/damages regardless of cause. Including lost revenues, profits, or time, which may result from the goods or services provided.
